WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Baby Shower for Pastor Isaac & Alexa - Sunday, October 23rd. We are excited to celebrate Pastor Isaac and Alexa Mills on baby number 2! We will be having a come-and-go baby shower after service on Sunday in the Chapel from 12:15PM - 1:30PM. Let's shower them with love!
Missions Convention - Thank you for being generous in your monthly support of missionaries and ministries at home and around the world. If you haven't finished your 2022 commitment, you still can. Light for the Lost Banquet - Monday, October 24th at 6:30PM. LFTL puts tools in the hands of our missionaries that enable them to fulfill their calling. The banquet will be held at More2Life with Pastor Paul Ward. 6801 Grady Niblo Rd, Dallas 75236. Cost is $10.
Senior Game Time - Thursday, October 27th at 1PM. All seniors are welcome to our monthly game time. There will be lots of games and fellowship. This month it will be in the Chapel. Contact Pastor Joyce or call the office for more information.
XYA Mystery Party - Friday, October 28th at 7PM. Our young adults ministry is hosting their yearly mystery party in the Lobby. This years theme is a 1920's Mystery. Dress to impress and we hope to see you there. Contact the office or Pastor Christina for more information.
All Night Prayer - Friday, October 28th at 10PM. Our Secret Room Prayer group will be meeting int he chapel for prayer. This will be the last one of the year. Contact Pastor Joyce for more information.
Kids Christmas Choir - Sign up your kids for this Christmas choir! They will perform on Sunday, December 18th at 10:30AM. Practices start are on Sundays in the Chapel from 9:30-10:30AM. Contact Christina Sandefer or Pastor Isaac for more information.
Coat/Sock/Blanket Drive - Saturday, November 5th. We will be going out on November 5th and ministering to the homeless in our community. We need your help collecting new socks and new/gentle used clean coats and blankets and handing them out on that date. We are excited for what God is going to do.
Prayer Walk for your Community - This month our emphasis is reaching our community. We want to encourage you to take some time this month and go on a prayer walk. Pray for those around you and their families. Pray for your school district. Pray that relationships would develop to have godly conversations. Pray for your community around you.
Fall Festival - One of our biggest events is almost here and we need all hands on deck. If you would like to volunteer please sign up in the lobby or online. We are also taking in candy donations. Contact Pastor Isaac for more information.
Candy Donations - We will be taking candy donations all month for our Fall Festival. Drop it in the bucket in the foyer on Sundays or stop by the office during the work week.
Pastoral Care - If you are currently battling chronic sickness or have experienced a recent loss of a loved one, please contact the church office at 972-296-2250 or send an email to contact@colag.org.
Griefshare - Weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30PM. Griefshare is back on for 13 weeks. Please contact Pastor Joyce Marable for more information.
TESTIFY! - God is moving in peoples lives and we want to hear about it! If you have a testimony about what God is doing throughout the year, fill out a card in the lobby or share with us on the Crossroads app.
