Pastor Greg serves as Lead Pastor.  He and his family came to Texas in 2008 from Arlington, Washington (a suburb of Seattle) where he had pastored for more than 17 years. Pastor Greg & his wife Keri live in Midlothian and have two daughters, Christina & Julie.  The family enjoys missions, sports, traveling and jet skiing. 

Pastor Calvin Funchess serves as our Associate Pastor. He and his wife Nicole have been married since 2004 and have two beautiful daughters. They have faithfully served God in several ministry roles in California, New Mexico, Louisiana and Texas. Pastor Calvin received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies and a Masters in Divinity at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. His passion is discipleship and helping others grow into fully mature followers of Christ.  His mission is to leave a legacy of following Christ in his home, workplace and anywhere else God gives him access and influence, so that others may be inspired and compelled to do the same. 

Pastor Jorge and Elizabeth Guerrero have been happily married for over 20 years and are blessed with three beautiful daughters: Breanna, who attends Nelson University; Sophia, a high school senior; and Valerie, who is in the 7th grade.

With more than 26 years of ministry experience, Pastor Jorge and Elizabeth have faithfully served as traveling evangelists, youth pastors, church planters, and lead pastors. Together, they have a deep passion for reaching the Spanish-speaking community and currently lead our Spanish services.

Pastor Jorge is also active beyond the local church, serving on various NGO committees and as the Regional Men's Representative for the Central Region of the NTAG.  Known as both a networker and a friend to many,  his ministry has taken him across the United States and to several countries around the world, where he has preached and taught the Word of God with passion and clarity.

The Guerreros continue to serve with a heart for people and a vision to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. 

Pastor Paul Po Ching serves as the Worship & Arts Pastor at Crossroads.  He and his wife Alicia have been married over 10 years with their beautiful children Ebony & Justus.  Pastor Paul has served in various churches in Hawaii, Missouri, Virginia, and Texas, along with providing counseling services in an array of clinical settings.  As an ordained minister and licensed professional counselor, Pastor Paul believes in the power of healing that empowers people’s potential and purpose.  Worship is healing; true worship is when God responds.  These core values are what drives Pastor Paul’s desire to demonstrate an authentic expression of worship under God’s presence that exemplifies God’s sufficient grace to bring about change to the broken hearted!

Pastor Natalie moved to Texas from California in 2018 to study at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. While studying Church Leadership she met her husband, Joran, who was studying Accounting. They got married in the fall of 2022. Pastor Natalie has been serving in Children’s Ministry for almost a decade and is passionate about seeing children of all ages encounter God in their own way. Pastor Natalie and Joran believe there is no Junior Holy Spirit and can’t wait to see how God uses this generation to change the world.

Alexa and her family moved to Texas from Washington State in July of 2021. Alexa has been leading and pastoring in youth ministry for over a decade and loves seeing what God is doing in this next generation. She and her husband Jonathan met at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington--she was majoring in Biblical Literature and Jonathan (Jon) was majoring in Intercultural Studies. They got married in 2018 and now have a son named Shepherd.

Pastor Joyce serves as our Compassion Ministries Pastor. She and her husband Larry have been married since 1979 and have five children and six grandchildren. They have served God more than forty years in various ministry roles as directors of evangelism, church planters, pastors, community program directors, and have been part of several missions teams to Africa, mexico, Guatemala and England. Joyce received her Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies at SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and extending hospitality.
